Delivery
 
We will endeavour to despatch orders on the day they are received, resulting generally in delivery within 2 working days, however please allow  up to 5 working days to allow for any delays beyond our control. 
  Please note : Royal Mail will not deem a parcel missing until 14 days have elapsed, after which time claims can be submitted.
( over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first - In our experience, the postman does not always leave a card!!)
Courier Delivery - for larger items such as vacuum cleaners, we use DHL. To keep delivery costs to a minimum, we use their service which delivers in 2 - 4 working days.
Out of stock Items
In the event that the item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected date of delivery or to offer a full refund should that be your choice.

Cancelled Orders

Goods no longer required for whatever reason and are unused and unopened,  can be returned to us at your expense within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued (LESS INITIAL POSTAGE IF ITEM WAS ORDERED IN ERROR) providing goods are returned in a saleable condition.
